Invest in Cyprus

Why investing in Cyprus will be one of the best decisions you will ever make.
Cyprus is well-developed economy and emerging market as well it has high standard of living.

It is said that Cyprus real estate is very attractive due to the island’s landscape, location, and booming sectors of the economy, tax benefits and of course the professional services that provides such as accounting, audit, law and tax services. Strategically located at the crossroads of Europe, Asia, and Africa, Cyprus has become an international business hub.

Cyprus has been unlucky in many phases such as the Turkish Invasion in 1974 and the banking crisis in 2013. However despite the unfortunate facts it has recovered and overcame the difficulties and the island is growing since then.

Due to the financial crisis occurred in 2013, where the banking sector crushed from the haircut, Cyprus has engaged in many ways to reinforce back its strength. Since then in my opinion, the small island now is recovering hence it is the time to invest in Cyprus and to the people who believe in this. Cypriot economy currently, has come to a stabilisation mode and is in its way to become one of the best investment attractions in the world.
Nicosia, Larnaca, Limassol and Paphos have become one of the best places to invest particularly in the real estate sector and providing services such as law services, audit, accounting and tax services.

One of the advantages of Cyprus as a real estate investment location comes down to the cost of living and real estate prices. Cyprus offers affordable prices for investment opportunities as wells as the provision of professional services. Morevover, the cost of living is lower in comparison to the UK and US as well as to other European countries.

Also, Cyprus has many attractive entertainment attractions such as museums and hotels.

Chiang Mai, Thailand 🐘 🇹🇭

Spending a Peaceful Morning with Elephants in Mae Rim is the best thing you can do for yourself and family when you visit Chiang Mai, Thailand.

Why?

1. Cooler Mountain Air and Active Elephants

Why We Must Save Animals: A Call to Protect Our Planet’s Heartbeat

Animals are more than just creatures sharing our planet—they’re vital threads in the tapestry of life. From the majestic elephant roaming the savanna to the tiny bee pollinating our crops, every species plays a role in maintaining the balance of our ecosystems. Yet, countless animals face threats like habitat loss, poaching, and climate change. The concept of “Save Animals” isn’t just a slogan; it’s a movement to preserve biodiversity, protect ecosystems, and ensure a thriving planet for future generations. Here’s why saving animals matters and how we can all contribute.

The Ripple Effect of Animal Extinction
When a species disappears, the impact reverberates far beyond its absence. Animals maintain ecosystems—think of wolves controlling deer populations to prevent overgrazing, or coral reefs supporting marine life. The World Wildlife Fund reports that global wildlife populations have declined by 68% since 1970 due to human activities like deforestation and illegal hunting. Losing animals disrupts food chains, reduces biodiversity, and destabilizes environments, affecting everything from agriculture to clean water availability. Saving animals means safeguarding the systems that sustain us all.

Humanity’s Role in the Crisis
Our actions drive many of these threats. Urban expansion destroys habitats, forcing animals like orangutans and tigers into smaller, unsustainable territories. Poaching fuels the illegal trade of ivory, pelts, and exotic pets, pushing rhinos and pangolins toward extinction. Climate change, too, alters habitats—polar bears struggle as Arctic ice melts. But the same hands causing harm can also heal. By recognizing our role, we can shift from destruction to restoration.

How to Be Part of the Solution
Saving animals starts with collective and individual action. Here are practical ways to get involved:

  • Support Conservation Efforts: Donate to or volunteer with organizations like the International Union for Conservation of Nature or local wildlife sanctuaries.
  • Reduce Your Footprint: Choose sustainable products—avoid palm oil linked to deforestation or fast fashion tied to habitat loss.
  • Advocate and Educate: Spread awareness on social media or join campaigns against illegal hunting. Knowledge is power—teach others why animals matter.
  • Adopt Compassionate Habits: Go plant-based one day a week to reduce demand for livestock farming, a major driver of deforestation. Even small choices, like using reusable bags, cut down on plastic pollution harming marine life.

A Future Worth Fighting For
Saving animals isn’t just about protecting them—it’s about preserving the beauty, balance, and interconnectedness of our world. Imagine a future where children can still marvel at a lion’s roar or a whale’s breach. That future starts with us. Whether it’s signing a petition, supporting ethical brands, or simply picking up litter at a park, every action counts. Let’s commit to being stewards of this planet, ensuring animals thrive alongside us. Together, we can keep Earth’s heartbeat strong.

Rodon Mount Hotel & Resort- 🤠🌄

Why would someone visit a mountain hotel in Cyprus?

It is something so exciting when you get your car out on a Saturday morning and drive with your friends and visit small villages in Cyprus.

You want to wander around, find and try the best food divines and enjoy your red glass of wine when is sunset.

Well, let me introduce you Rodon Mount Hotel & Resort- the best mountain hotel in Agros village where you can go on a weekend and relax after a stressful week.

I have recently been there myself and I highly recommend it. The staff is great; warm and friendly and the food in the restaurants is also very delicious. Rodon hotel has been renovated recently and it has been upgraded since the last time which I visited years ago.

There are many facilities to enjoy and take advantage of such as the sauna and the gym. I love to spend my time in the sauna as it relaxes my blood vessels, enhances collagens production and helps me to remove all unnecessary toxicity. I recommend hammam steam bath. Price is reasonable which is 30 euros for 20 minutes. I believe it is worth it; it’s rejuvenating.

Further, there are also some sports amenities such as the tennis, basket and football courts. If you have children just leave them there while you enjoy your sauna relaxation. 🥹

Lastly, I recommend you to do some hiking around the mountain and enjoy panoramic views and/or alternatively just go around the village and get to know the most friendly, down to earth locals ever.

Baby blue summer style…

It’s officially Summer 🙂

Every summer I wonder what colours mainly conquer in the fashion trend and people’s lifestyle. Obviously, when spring comes up people alter the way of dressing to more cheerful and light clothes. But when summer kicks in and you feel that heat on your skin -hmm… well then, you just get naked (ha no…. or maybe 😉 – you want to wear the most colourful and brightest blooms your wardrobe provides.

This summer is blue. Not just any blue but baby blue. I consistently get to shops and see myself trying clothes with baby blue colours on them. Not only that but i also browse home accessories such as sheets, pillows, plates, flowers e.t.c…- but I will dedicate a separate section about this in the near future – However,  my ideal casual/classy look for this summer would be anything with a touch of baby blue colour and a bright smile!

What to say, women…

Sunny Sunday

There is something magical about London when the sun is shining.

So, today I decided to  take a long walk in central London to get away from everything. I do this often, giving some time to myself to think and organise my thoughts.  I love observing people and definitely interact and learn things from them. London is a  place where you can meet people from all over the world and draw inspiration from them. This is one of  the main reasons I chose this city to live.

The weather was brilliant, the climate was warm and there wasn’t even a single drop of rain. Ahh… I smell summer. People were just happy, loud and all smiles laying on the grass with their friends without worries – or maybe they were just drunk but who cares 😉

This is life…enjoying the little things you can’t buy!

SPafos Treatment

I think Pafos is the perfect place to wake up after a big hungover the night before.

Particularly, in Miliou where it has this amazing hotel/resort called “Ayii Anargyri Hotel Natural Healing Spa Resort”. We were lucky, because we found this Christmas offer by accident and we booked it immediately, without doubts. 🙂

The offer included one night accommodation and spa treatment  such as sauna&jacuzzi and also breakfast and dinner. It was so relaxing, whilst listening the rain outside and enjoying the hot water inside.

Staying in for around 45 mins we finished the treatment with sauna and then we had a delicious dinner at the hotel’s restaurant. Before bed time, a couple of drinks beside the harmonic harp; were mandatory to repeat the whole thing the next day.

Of course, the best part, before spa was the aromatotherapy massage for 55 mins. Full relaxation-at its finest.

It would be a decent gift to give it to close friends/family or a Valentine’s gift for you and your other half. ❤

However, offers are out now so if you feel like doing this now for the festive season  visit  http://www.aasparesort.com/special-offers/

Law Ball ’14

Today I woke up with a little bit of headache and I’m hanging like a bat from a tree! Yes you know what I’m talking about! I had quite few drinks more than I should but there is a good excuse for that!

Last night my friends and I went to the Law ball which their university organised for the end of final exams! I have never actually been to mine so I thought it would be a good idea to attend a ball and escape from  London’s boring routine. In addition, one of my friends had her birthday the day before so we needed a proper night out to celebrate! 😉

For the occasion I decided to wear a black & white long jumpsuit from Miss Selfridge and black high heels from Zara! I chose a khaki Charles & Keith bag!

Gisou for review…!

It was about time Negin.

For the superwomen ladies out there, you would be probably interested to have the hair beauty product made by the Dutch blogger Negin Mirsalehi.

It’s quite expensive – EUR74,00- for a hair oil but I strongly believe that this one is promising and it can last for a long time as long as you do not get carried away and overuse it. Hence, it is a value for money because it is a lasting top-notch honey infused hair oil. I must admit, I am quite impressed by the packaging and the bottle of the product as it is cute and elegant and I will definitely keep it.

The key ingredient is honey which has many benefits such as vitamins, antioxidants and minerals to provide to your hair. Also, it acts as a moisturizer and it keeps them gloss and healthy at all time. It has really a refreshing and a discrete smell 😛

My only negative comment is the fact that the website is under expansion and on the delivery destinations are limited hence you may not be able to find your country now. As soon as it has profitable sales later on it should be fine.

Visit Negin’s website:  http://www.gisou.com/#honey-infused-hair-oil

IG: gisou_official

Alternatively, go to LOUISAVIAROMA and search for Gisou or Negin Mirsalehi to checkout the product 😉

Visit louisaviaroma website: https://www.luisaviaroma.com/women/catalog/lang_EN?search=negin%20mirsalehi

If you can not find it, then it is probably sold out. Be patient until they restock their warehouses.

Application of Gisou:

Step 1: After a good washing of your hair, comb them while they are wet and apply two full drops on your hair. I recommend not to apply on the roots of the hair but from the middle and downwards.

Step 2: After you dry them, add another two drops on your hair for finishing.-Be careful not to overdo it.

Step 3: Look yourself at the mirror and be confident. You will notice immediately that your hair are softer. (I know it feels great right?-i bet that people will be asking “Oh my gosh what have you done to your hair” lol)

(As per Negin’s instruction on her little booklet you can add some drops with your hair mask as well….Personally, I haven’t tried it with hair mask yet.. As you can see it has multiple uses and everyone can find their own use/ application as long as they feel good about it.)

I knew that Negin wouldn’t disappoint us on the production of the hair oil. It is splendid.

DANK JE NEGIN MIRSALEHI ❤

Anticipating for your next challenge 😉

Athens Gateaway (GR)

A getaway to Greece is always a good idea. Since prices are low after the crisis, then why not to visit it.

Top tourist destinations in the central of Athens are:

a) Kolonaki – you can find all sort of shops you want; where you can definitely do your shopping therapy in Ermou.

b) Sintagma square – where the Constitution of Greece is located there and is named after the first constitution adopted in the modern Greek State which is called “Sintagma”.

c) Monastiraki – lots of touristic shops and cafe restaurants; worth to visit 360 Coctailbar which is a rooftop bar and you will definitely enjoy the view of Athens in 360 degrees.

d) Thanasis and Dia Tauta restaurants – traditional kebab aka gyros and amazing sea food where you can enjoy live Greek music

e) Acropolis of Athens and the Parthenon –  Parthenon was built in respect to the goddess of wisdom Athena, hence the name comes from the ancient word parthenon – the temple of virgin. Situated in Acropolis which is a hill chosen for purposes of defence in the past.

I hope I have helped with this blog post and please do not hesitate to ask me for further information.

P.S I have to say I feel so proud to call myself Greek, particularly for the ancient Greeks who  played contributory role for the next generations and civilizations 🙂

I will be the syrup if you be my waffle 🧇

I am so bored on the plane therefore I am using my time to write another blog post for my blog. It’s fun.Why not? 🥲

So, I visited Brussels, the capital of Europe. People would argue that it is not a very interesting city compared to other European cities such as Amsterdam and Paris. I slightly agree on that, however I wouldn’t underestimate this city as there are many hidden and local places to discover as tourist. I wasn’t fond of travelling over there from Cyprus until my mind changed when I tried a spectacular waffle with caramel syrup, nutella, biscuit and cream on the top – my goodness, what a balanced diet 😹🧇🥹🤰🏻

I dare to recommend that you need 2-3 full days i.e a weekend to wander around Belgium and visit the main touristic attractions which I will specify below for your convenience. Mainly these attractions are found in the city centre of Brussels which is:

1. Grant place

2. Saint-Michel Cathedral

3. Royal Museum of Fine Arts

4. Atomium

5. Mont des Arts

6. Chocolate museum

7. Parc du Cinquantenaire

I wanted to visit the Museum of Fine Arts but my legs couldn’t cope up with the pain of walking distance anymore, thus i slightly regret on that.

Let me know for any feedback for the museum if you had visited it- but do not provide me with much of details because I will regret it more 😂.

With respect to other cities I highly recommend to visit Bruges which is an hour away from the capital and spend the day there.. You will need to take the train which costs around 13-15 euros. There are many local shops, restaurants and bars worth of visiting. You could also take a boat and do a 45 mins river trip.

On your way back to Brussels , you could drop by to another city called Ghent City. It’s a small city and there is only one place that I liked basically called Graslei – a quay in the historic city centre.

For those who love medieval history I believe they will find it very interesting.

Overall, I had a great time as I spent it with my crazy brother and sister and eating waffles and chocolates all day! (Oh my days or perhaps should I say ohh my diet …….🙈).

Oh Paris, I never get bored of you…

I delayed to write a blog post about Paris since it is so cliché, but then I said why not!

Maybe some people find it useful with my insights and recommendations. Always, love to help.

So I visited France for the second time, particularly Paris.

The first time was in summer 2012 and the second time this winter of 2022. Wow – ten whole years later- that’s a long time in fact.

There is something magical and inspiring about Paris because of the romantic atmosphere that encapsulates. I believe the majority of the people who visited this city agree with me.

I don’t know where to start from and definitely I know that I can’t stop describing the beautiful places that this city offers and the monuments that are worth visiting.

There are so many but I will stick to the basics for someone who wishes to stay for a period of 4-5 days.

Is it the Eiffel Tower, The Notre Dame, the Champs Elysse avenue, the Seine river, the Louvre museum, the little Parisians mystical roads and the hidden local restaurants, bars and coffee shops?

Who doesn’t love au pain de chocolate?

Even my mum loves it who is not font of chocolate. 🍫

There are so many local brasseries that produces warm au pain de chocolates.

I suggest eating them in the morning where the bread is still warm and it can be eaten fresh. Combine it with a cup of hot chocolate and voila- there you go! You are falling in love! 😻

When I visit a city like Paris, I just walk around, wander and enter into buildings or cafes/ restaurants when I feel it like. Normal right? I rarely book in advanced especially in Europe unless the place is promising and spectacular. I leave my instinct to guide me rather planning all day and night before. 🌠

I must admit a little plan is required but if you want to have fun please don’t overdo it with planning🤪.

I list down below some spots which I believe it’s worth visiting. I haven’t been to all yet only to some of them but please let me know how your experience was with the food, restaurants, places and people. 😀

-Places to visit: 🌉

1. Eiffel Tower

2. Seine river

3. Notre Damme

4. Champs Elyse

5. Museum de Louvre

-Hotels to stay: 🏨

1. Plaza Athene

2. Hotel quads Louvois

3. Sofitel Paris Baltimore Tour Eiffel

4. Best Western Plus La Demeure

5. Novotel Paris Centre Gare Montparnasse

-Creperies: 🧇

1. Breizh Café

2. Bretons

3. Krügen

4. Mad’eo

5. Kasha

-Restaurants (local cuisine) 🥘

1. Bustronome Paris

The way to get ahead is to get started. 💪🏻💪🏼💪🏽💪🏾💪🏿

I know is hard to find the daily motivation to go to the gym. I really respect the people who find that willpower that get up in the morning and head for training every day.

However, even though I tried it for sometime it didn’t work for me, especially with the heavy workloads and schedules. Therefore, I started going to a Pilates studio center accommodating my needs and also helped me.

I would love to introduce you in my blog “Karma Pilates & Fitness studio”, founded by the beautiful Kristi Louca.

From my research, in this town I believe the studio center is a leading and one of the most upgraded place for Pilates and Yoga. It provides Pilates and Yoga to affordable prices not only to adults but also to kids. Women after pregnancy also can participate to the classes as there are specific trainings for them and help in stabilising hormonic changes (Jeez 🫣).

From my experience after a couple of months the lower back pain started to reduced as I became more flexible and my glute anatomy was gradually improving. I can’t deny I was also following a diet so that played a contributory role to my well-being and fitness journey.

In addition to Yoga and Pilates classes, the studio provides Zumba classes with expert Zumba instructors on Tuesday afternoons. (Top tip: Zumba is the perfect workout for weight loss- trust me 🤫).

Moreover, there are special packages you can participate in and enjoy a variety of classes such as TRX, abs&legs, tabata etc) by entering into a membership.

Below the link that you can view the fees for joining the studio centre:
